The Fort Sill Apache Gaming Commission (FSAGC) functions as an independent tribal regulatory body under the leadership of the Fort Sill Apache Tribal Chairman and the Business Committee.
The mission of the FSAGC is to protect tribal assets, preserve the integrity of gaming, and protect the welfare and safety of the Fort Sill Apache Tribe and the general public.
The FSAGC ensures compliance with the Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Federal and State laws, Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS), National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), and the Oklahoma State Compact.
